Sally moved to Chicago about a decade ago and spent years leading operations for a global company. After building her career, she wanted to build something of her own - a mission-driven brand that creates practical, creative solutions for real life.

She founded NomieRest to make Chicago living less stressful and more human. She knows the pressure of high costs, confusing options, and starting over - and she believes shared living can be empowering when it’s built with care, respect, and transparency. NomieRest is new, but it’s rooted in lived experience, operational expertise, and a commitment to helping people find stability without losing the warmth of “home.”

Eliana grew up in Chicago and experienced the city’s housing challenges firsthand while in college. She understands how Gen Z searches, compares, and chooses where to live - and she joined NomieRest to help build a shared-living experience that feels safe, organized, and welcoming.

Eliana leads day-to-day operations with an eye for details that matter: move-in readiness, clean and functional shared spaces, clear house standards, and fast problem-solving. She’s passionate about making shared living feel like a supportive community - not a compromise.

Arel is experienced in booking and onboarding - the stage where most housing stress happens. From first inquiry to move-in, he focuses on a smooth, straightforward experience.

He answers questions quickly, helps guests understand options, and ensures the onboarding steps are simple and transparent - so people can feel confident before they arrive.
